I am part of an exciting collaboration to study the development of network function in MeCP2-deficient air-liquid interface cerebral organoids, a human-derived in-vitro model of Rett syndrome. In my PhD work with Andras Lakatos at the Center for Brain Repair at the University of Cambridge, I developed novel organoid models including the motor axis in a dish!
