Tim's undergraduate thesis research focused on temporal dynamics in Mecp2-deficient cortical networks. He was co-supervised by Guillaume Hennequin (Engineering). Tim developed many of the MATLAB methods, including the implementation of a wavelet-based spike detection method, used by group. He continues to collaborate on projects related to his undergraduate research including MEA-NAP, our network analysis pipeline.
